  Keyword research: Once you select an event to create a blog, work really starts which is keyword research.  This is extremely important for finding content ideas.

  To get first page ranking in Google it is always better to do a competitive analysis and search for long-tailed keyword ideas for your event blog.

  You can use tools like SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs etc. to find long-tailed keyword ideas for your event blog.

  Content Creation: If you are planning to run an event blog, you must have at least 10 to 20 articles to cover a particular event.  They can be product reviews, comparisons, deals, discounts or anything.  Just make sure your content is useful to your audience.

  Ranking your event website: Once everything is done, you need to start optimizing your content for better ranking.  You can use free plugins like Rank Math to optimize your posts.  You can start using various link building techniques like guest posts, social bookmarking, video marketing, blog commenting and more.
